To track your order, please log into your Account. When we load your tracking information, you will receive the tracking number. You should be able to see all of the individual tracking numbers.

From time to time, packages can take longer than usual to arrive at their destination. If you have not received your order yet, please contact us.

• We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of original purchase.
• Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt. Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.
• When returning a gift, you'll receive your refund on a Karma Frog gift card.
• Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
• All items on Sale and non-returnable.
• Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.
• Physical Gift Cards and eGift cards are non-returnable.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed.

After you finished your payment, you will receive an email with the summary of your purchase. And when your products are shipped you will receive another email with a tracking number.
